This Privacy Policy explains how Mladgers ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our application and website. Mladgers is a bookkeeping and ledger tool that lets you record and manage your own business accounts (customers, balances, interest entries and cashflow). By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and contact (mobile) number, and a password you create. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never store your password in plain text.
- Data you enter: records you create in the app, such as customers/parties, loan and balance amounts, interest details, cashflow (payment in/out) and notes. This data belongs to you.
- Collection agents (optional): if you add field collection agents, you provide each agent's name, contact (mobile) number and a login password. Agent passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash — never in plain text.
- Technical information: basic data needed to operate the service, such as your authentication token and the app/locale settings stored on your device.
We do not collect your contacts, SMS messages, photos, precise location, or any data unrelated to running the app.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To store and display the records you enter, and to calculate totals, interest and reports for you.
- To keep the service working, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on our secure server (database) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to your authenticated account. Every account can only access its own data — your records are never mixed with another user's.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising. Information may only be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
5. Data retention and account deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and irreversible — once deleted, your account and records are removed from our systems and cannot be recovered or restored by us.
6. Children
Mladgers is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete the information in your account at any time through the app, or by contacting us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
