These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mladgers application and website ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Mladgers is

Mladgers is a bookkeeping, accounting and ledger (khata) tool. It helps you record and organise your own business transactions — customers, balances, interest entries, cashflow and reports — and to keep digital records instead of paper registers.

Important: Mladgers does not lend money, disburse loans, collect payments, or provide any loan, credit, investment or financial service to its users. It is purely a record-keeping tool for transactions you have entered into independently. The app does not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and use the Service for lawful business purposes only.

3. Your data and responsibility

All records you enter are your own. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the data you store.
You are responsible for ensuring that your underlying transactions and any interest or charges you record comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We provide tools to calculate totals and interest for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying all figures before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation): attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service for fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mladgers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the records and calculations in the app. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. When you delete your account, your account and all associated data — customers, balances, cashflow and records — are permanently removed from our systems. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered or restored by us. Please export or note down anything you need before deleting.

EN: If data is deleted by mistake from your side, we cannot recover or return that data to you.

हि: अगर आपसे गलती से डेटा डिलीट हो जाए, तो हम आपको वह डेटा वापस रिकवर करके नहीं दे सकते।

मरा: तुमच्याकडून चुकून जरी डेटा डिलीट झाला, तरी आम्ही तुम्हाला तो डेटा रिकव्हर करून देऊ शकत नाही.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our principal place of business.
